At Philly airport, on my way to spend the Holidays with my family in Holland... Eating cheese steak with my beautiful lady and actually completely accepting the concept of doing nothing other than relax for an entire week!

Reflecting back on 2009, I realize that I totally forgot to mention... The readers of Dutch drummers' magazine Slagwerkkrant once again voted me #2 Hard Rock/Metal drummer of the Benelux this year. THANK YOU! I appreciate this so much!

For the 5th consecutive year, I've been voted in the top 5 of Best Hard Rock / Metal Drummer in the Benelux (Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg) by the readers of Slagwerkkrant magazine. This year I'm at the #3 position.
Music and playing the drums are not, and will never be, competition. Though I'm flattered that drummers back in my home-country still follow my projects on the other side of the pond, and seem to enjoy it. This means a lot to me. THANKS!

Speaking of.... I will be in The Netherlands between October 29th and November 4th, and available for private drum lessons and recording sessions. Drop me a line if you'd like to get together!

For the 4th consecutive year, I've been voted in the top 5 Best Hard Rock / Metal drummer of the Benelux (Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg) by the readers of Slagwerkkrant magazine. Last year I was #2, this year I dropped to #4. I haven't been a resident of the Benelux since 2004, and I haven't done a real show in Europe since 2005. It's a warm feeling to know people there still think of me :-)
